This place might seem charming at first, but the shower is so cramped, it could've been designed for a toddler. I expected a fridge for my drinks, not disappointment. You woudl think they'd offer a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but apparently, they don't do that for regular guests. Just couldn't bring myself to give a good review.

Charming Location with Room for Improvement
The location in Old Town is unbeatable! We encountered a few maintenance issues like a non-working TV. If you're not a fan of noise, bring earplugs! Dining options nearby are excellent.

The rooms were newly renovated and large with exceptionally comfortable beds. Got a delicious breakfast included. The hotel's location was marvellous in the heart of everything. What's more, it was close enough to a market and bakery and restaurants were all around and Stradun and nearby shops, cafes and restaurants.

The location for Dubrovnik was great and fantastic, short walk to the centre of town with 100's of cafes bistros, the Portun restaurant and Stradun. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amiable. The double room was reasonably large, very comfy bed...

Just a good pick for a date night in Dubrovnik with definitely value for money. The location in the old town made it easy to explore all the sights. Be prepared for some stairs on the way to your room.

Location is a total win-right in Old Town! The room was comfy with nice amenities, but be ready for some noise. A bit hard on the stairs if you have luggage 😅

really good location in the Old Town, unique architectural charm, authentic local ambiance
Inadequate air conditioning left me uncomfortable in the heat!!! The stairs are a real hassle if you've got heavy bags!!! The shower's water pressure was a letdown, not what you'd expect for the price!!!

The location in the heart of Old Town is unbeatable. It's just a short walk to Pile Gate. The room itself had a cozy, rustic charm with exposed stone walls and a small fridge, a nice touch. I appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment, though there were some maintenance issues. The bathroom could definitely use a deeper clean as I noticed some mold in the shower. The air conditioning was a downside, as it struggled to cool down the separate bedroom, especially on those hot August nights. The noise from the Irish Pub below was quite loud, especially with live music playing until the early hours. If you're sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs. While my stay had its challenges, the vibrant atmosphere and the charm of the area made it nice.

Just an optimal selection for strolling around in Dubrovnik with good price value. The coffee machine in the room worked great for quick morning pick-me-ups. Be ready for some stairs if you have heavy bags.

Couple getaway success!
Great location and lovely apartment! My partner and I were blown away by the rustic charm of the place-the exposed stone walls and wooden beams gave it such a cozy vibe. Plus, the owner Luka was very nice, gave us tips for local eats and even helped us with our luggage!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth every penny.

The apartment was beautifully decorated with exposed stone walls and wooden beams, exuding a rustic charm. A bit noisy.
